Notes from my secret lab on 14th st.

20 Mar 2012I’ve decided to do a bit of gardening this year, it’s been unseasonably warm this winter and the atrium warms up quite nicely by mid-morning each day; there’s really no reason for me to not grow something around here. I’m growing from seed so I’ll be tracking and posting the progress here.
From left to right we have red onions, radishes, poppys (for heroin) and zinnia.

Not having a clue of what I was doing or what I was looking at, I was still fascinated by the capacitors, resistors, IC’s and diodes that filled the 1980′s technology I used as a kid. I’m now a “grown up”, with big-boy responsibilities and commitments, but the spark to tinker, fix, and build has rekindled itself after years or lying dormant. I’ve dug up my copy of There Are No Electrons, begun prepping my basement, and ordered up some hardware. Let it begin…
