			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>I&#8217;ve always been one to tinker. Growing up I enjoyed taking electronic things apart to see what was going on inside. Not having a clue of what I was doing or what I was looking at, I was still fascinated by the capacitors, resistors, IC&#8217;s and diodes that filled the 1980&#8242;s technology I used as a kid. I&#8217;m now a &#8220;grown up&#8221;, with big-boy responsibilities and commitments, but the spark to tinker, fix, and build has rekindled itself after years or lying dormant. I&#8217;ve dug up my copy of <a href="http://www.amazon.com/There-Are-Electrons-Electronics-Earthlings/dp/0962781592">There Are No Electrons</a>, begun prepping my basement, and ordered up some <a href="http://www.makershed.com/ProductDetails.asp?ProductCode=MSAPK">hardware</a>.
